Gay
& Lesbian Chorus Discography - The First 12 Years

January
2011, New Addition to Discography:

From
1989, this is certainly not what you would expect, the Vancouver Men and
Women Choruses
backing female vocalists on bilingual versions of a dance track, called
"We Are Proud"

Attention,
Artistic Directors!
At the risk of being extremely impertinent,
I'm going to suggest a few songs
that in my opinion have not been recorded enough by GLBT choruses.
Now, they may be performed in concert often, but if they are not recorded
they are gone to history. This list of 15 have been mostly recorded only
once.
So this is my nudge to consider them. Click on the link to hear each
one.

Extras

Chicago's
Windy City Gay Chorus had an unusual cassette-only release in 1992
Below, probably a reflection of those times, Houston's HeartSong did not
identify
as a lesbian chorus, though by membership I'm told it mostly was.
I wanted to document this history and set up a special page, Click
Here.

And,
just for fun, I don't own many foreign chorus CDs, so here are two of
them:
Stockholms Gaykor - Karlek Forandrar Allt (Love Changes Everything) 2007
Scola Cantorosa - Schwule Im Weltraum (Gays In Space) 1995
