am guessing that this album was released between 1958 and 1965,
as the article below says she began working at the 82 Club in 1958,
and as Kitt Russell (of the 82 Club) introduces the LP, it was no
doubt recorded during that time, and it mentions she was working on
a second album (which never happened) for a 1965 release.
of my site visitors (thanks, Justin) has written to point out that
numbers scratched into the deadwax area of the vinyl include "6-61"
so while not conclusive, it could be a 1961 release. It's as good
of a theory as any.
1962 Ralph Ginzburg published a hardbound quarterly magazine, that
only lasted one year. In the last volume was a feature on the Jewel
Box Revue and
included these two great pics of Ty Bennett.

the Club 82 as a young girl, in 1964, Ty Bennett (who she described
pee-in-your-pants funny) is in rear center.
