There's not exactly been a flood in recent years of musicals with gay themes, but on this month's show I want to showcase two new ones. The musical Twist has had productions in both New York City and Los Angeles, and the creators are fine-tuning for the release of a soundtrack. Bare the Musical, is already out, very, with productions in a number of cities and an exciting CD package, consisting of two discs of music and a fascinating DVD documentary about the creating of the musical.

I'm very pleased to bring you an interview with the composer, Damon Intrabartolo.

Sadly, Damon died on 8/13/13, at age 39.

Though there were 16 talented actors on the soundtrack, I was able on this show to feature these five.

I found no website for William Watson, who seems to have disappeared into the woodwork, but his
CD is still available on sites like Amazon.com and I did find the closest thing to a bio on This Site

He received nominations for the GLAMA Awards (Gay & Lesbian Music Awards) in 1997
for Male Artist of the Year, for "Fields" and in 1999 for Pop Instrumental Recording, for
"Burnham Woods." If anyone has current information on Watson, I'd love to hear about it.
